OCA Thick Client Failed to Connect to ASAP

Following error pops up when logging in:


"Failed to initialize session due to OCA server connection failure - Destination unreachable; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out: connect; No available router to destination"


OCA.cfg on the client side is configured to connect to the server using both http and https.


What could be the root cause?
