Patch # 18256401 was applied to Non-PROD instance with ZHS localization. During patching faced with following issue:

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ar forms/ZHS ARXLOBOX.fmx

ar forms/ZHS ARXSUDRC.fmx

Tried to regenerate them manually, but faced with following errors:
