How the account generator in Purchasing creates budget account for Expense item and Inventory item

Hi everybody,

I need to know how the account generator in Purchasing creates budget account for Expense item and Inventory item?

In the purchase order, in Distribution section: How the field Budget is filled automatically assigning different accounts depending on whether the item is inventory or expense?

Please, I really need help.
