11.5.10.2 : Adpatch apply=no does not show which files it would have copied

Hi,

Release 11.5.10.2

Trying to analyze the impact of a patch.  Trying to run adpatch apply=no but no information is given.  Appears that the patch was just skipped.  Does not show which files would be copied.

Attempting to review impact of patch running adpatch apply=no for patch 16766778.

know that there is at least one db package that should show as newer version and 'would have copied' if not in apply=no mode.

adpatch apply=no

Output goes thru prompts as expected but then:

Current target    release is  11.5.10.2
