gc current grant busy wait event and jdbc timeout in application

Hello,

The application gets jdbc timeout error intermittently and below is the last trace snippet after which the application gave jdbc timeout error.Also,gc current grant busy wait event came and after that cursor is #0 which means I think it could not get the cursor.
