iExpense line detail "Expense Location" Field Required - Not throwing error

Hi all,

we are on Apps R12.1.3

we have a requirement to set "Expense Location" field mandatory for one of the expenditure type in expense line details.

I did using personalization and set one of the property "Required" to yes, But If I don't put anything in the field "Expense Location"

and pressed "Next" button It's not throwing any error, which it should throw an error for the required field "Expense Location".

Could anyone tell me please, what is missing and why it's not throwing an error OR what do I need to do to achieve this.
