How to find Receipt from Transaction workbench

Hi,

I have couple of issue in AR

1. AR invoice have created & applied for receipt but I forgot for which receipt this invoice has been attached. Hence would like to find out receipt from transaction workbench. How can I find

2. Commitment & Reference Information both tabs grayed out on transaction workbench. Custom code also disabled on this form.
