Question on patches 16826285, 18618946 and 18615837

Hi:

We are in the process of applying a series of patches as part of a yearly effort and one of the patches we are aiming to apply is (or was initially) 18064129. Such patch has been superseded by 18615837 (for non-WMS users) and 18618946 (for WMS users), information found in note 1662875.1

There are a few things however, I'm not quite understanding though:

* According to such note, in the DETAILS section, having patch 16826285:R12.INV.B which we already have, "is good". Does that mean we can ignore any of the aforementioned patches?

* According to that same note, and as I mentioned earlier,
