Autoconfig issues in EBS R12 with Configuration in DMZ

Hi,

We have EBS R12 with Configuration in DMZ - internal Server for internal users (ebusapp) and external server for iRec external users (ebusweb) sharing the same database.

Internal Tier is running Batch Processing (Concurrence Managers), Self-service, HR, Payroll, Compensation bench, etc while External Tier is running iRec Self-Service portal.

We are busy configuring iRec server and the the main issue is this: when we run AutoConfig on the DMZ Tier, it overwrites ALL the Site Level profiles on the internal tier,

including such important details such as the Login URL. As a result, the system is rendered useless until you rerun AutoConfig on the internal tier to set the Site Level profile back to what they should be.
