Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Issue regarding rtf template design

Hi Experts

Open an rtf file

text form field->

Input value to the following column

Maximum Length:20

Text Format:Single-byte

But the result is though I set Single-byte, 20 muti-byte charactor still can be displayed.

Is this normal behavior?

If I only want to display 20 Single-byte charactor (10 muti-byte charactor),how to do the setup?
