After mount database not open.

Using DB -11.1.0.7 and application R12.1.3 on RHEL5 x86.

After mounted database try to open given below error.

SQL> alter database open;

alter database open

*

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-01110: data file 148:

'/VIS/VIS_Instance/oravis/db/apps_st/data/tx_data48.dbf'

ORA-01115: IO error reading block from file 148 (block # 1)

ORA-27072: File I/O error

Linux Error: 5: Input/output error
