Some of the reports are failing with rep-3000 tool kit errors

Hi All,

In our environment some of the request has completed with below error.When we have killed the Xvnc process on problematic concurrent node and restart again the vnc services than issue seems to fixed but after some time again we have faced the same issue.We can say we are facing the intermittent issue.

Error Details:

REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit.
