E1 web - Favorite Item is not defaulted to application name

Hi, wondering why 1 userID can't have its E1 web favorite item to display its application name Eg, work with Journal entry....Instead of the expected, it shows program ID...

pls see attached.

This user only have this issue in PD environment but not in PY

any idea ?
