E910 - Failed to display F0101's record in UTB

Hi, no idea what i did recently and now lead to this error in jde log :

I checked inside Oracle SQL developer for JDEData910.F0101, it does display all the records in this table F0101 ..but when i open address book and open one of the records, it shows invalid address book..pls see attached
