User Management is not showing any role to assign

Hi,

I am trying to assign Apps Schema Connect role to the user but when the list window opens it doesn't show any role and responsibilities. But when I go separately to Roles and Respons page it shows everything.

Navigation: user management --> Users.

Find user and click update then click on assign role. A new window opens and there I am not able to find any role.
