how to schedule cleaning process for listener log

Hi,

I have rac database running on rhel-6.4 and scan_listener1,scan_listener2 and scan_listener3 log file is above 5 gb .

how to clean these logs  as well as other traces in 11.2.0.3 RAC . Is there any option to schedule the  job from oem12c Grid /crontab and run periodically.

Kindly share if you have done this
