Field Sales & Field Service - Upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3

Hi,

One of my client is planning upgrade from 12.0.6 to 12.1.3 for CRM modules i.e. Field Sales & Field Service.

Can anyone please help me with some doc or useful information regarding the difference between these versions in regards to the mentioned respective CRM modules.
