Can Forms Personalization be used to control case of text entered

Hi

I want to force users to enter both new and amended address details using proper case (i.e. London - not LONDON or london).

Is it possible to use Form Personalizations to achieve this (and, for that matter, any other similar values)?

Any assistance will be very much appreciated.
