Modifying existing custom print using Livecycle

Good morning everyone,

We have an existing custom print that i am trying to import into Livecycle to modify.  I saved a copy of the XSD from the existing custom print of the BP.  Following the instructions in the Unifier Admin guide, I then went into livecycle -- selected New Form, then defined a new data connection and selected my XSD.  Once that completes, I can seem my BP info on the Data View tab in Livecycle, but when I preview the form -- everything is blank. the "Design view" is also blank.

I don't want to have to build the form from scratch -- i want to see the existing form, and just make a minor change.
