eTax Order Management

I have a question regarding e Tax within Order Management.

When I do the tax calculation for a order which is using a "ship from org" that belongs to our OU the calculation work fine. But now our business model has been changed and we  have to use a "ship from org"  that belongs to a different OU.

When I using this org the tax calculation is not working. I am getting no error. Any idea what's going wrong how I can trace the problem.
