iStore check availability functionality(limitation) during order placing

Hi Friends,
I have one questions which making me thinking about iStore(B2B Scenario) check availability functionality limitation.
Suppose Distributor placing an item "A" 10 Qty order in iStore, when he check the item in Check Availability form in shopping cart, it showing it's available(through ATP) with full quantity 10 Nos, distributor click on checkout button and came to billing and Shipping page, parallely our CSR placed same item "A" 10 qty Order from Order management manually and suppose it is shipped, now iStore distributor filled shipping and billing Information and Placed the order from istore,
1. what will happen when order come in Order Management.
