Datafix for IB Error

Hi All,

Can anyone help on this error.

An instance could not be found for the item and location information provided. Item ID: 193398. Organization ID: 808. This has been occurred for CSIWIPCI in IB.

I have reviewed the metalink note 1303896.1 but there is a patch suggested for this error. Is there any datafix script to resolve this issue. We are on version 11.5.10.2
