How to determine required resource state for a resource type upgrade

Hi,

The sc3.3u2 upgrade documentation states to check the required resource state for a resource type upgrade.

The installed resource type's RTR file has "upgrade from ....." "anytime" for each supported upgrade version.

Where can I view the RTR of the resource type I'm upgrading to? So I can verify what state the resource needs to be in when I run "clrt set -p Type_version".
