ARM - Assigning Viewers based on an attribute

Hello,

Is it possible to dynamically assign a viewer or list of viewers based on attribute value? We have created an attribute - Legal Entity - for our business requirement. and executive management is interested in being viewer based on legal entity. If could assign viewer based on an attribute value, it will save a lot of maintenance effort as well as be less error prone.
