Upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 Post upgrade step

Hello Team,

We are upgrading from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3. We are using SLA as out of box. Could you please confirm us if we need to run "Validate Application Accounting Definitions" after the upgrade. If yes then should we be running for all the applications or we can run it without mentioning the application so that it will cover everything.
