RSS 9.0 Cannot access sufficient information from P43E82 for approvals

Hello,

We are on 9.0 applications with 9.1.3.1 Tools Release.

We are implementing RSS and testing approval workflow.  Currently when you access JDE thru the email  or log directly into JDE and go to RSS Approval the app and form used is APP P43E82 form W43E82A.  Is this the correct setup?  When testing this - I cannot see anywhere the approver can view item detail (attachements) or supplier number for items that are being requisitioned.  Attached is an example.  How does the approver get to this information?  We are trying to go live in 2 weeks and this may be an issue.
