WebLogic 12c Non root user and ssl port 443?

Hi,

As Web Logic 12c does not allow to installation and start the server as root, we need to start as different user say web logic user.

Question is as ssl port 443 which is < 1024 and we need to start with different user than root, weblog server log say Permission denied to open a socket ..

What is best way / method, suggestions to handle this?

We don't have Apache Web server in between. Though we have load balancer.

Our system is running in Red hat linux 6.5 With web Logic Server 12.1.2 and back end Oracle database.
