R12.2 - opatch question

I installed a Vision instance of R12.2 (Linux) and now I am working on patching it.

I have applied database patches and the 10.1.2 app tier patches but I still have 10.1.0.5.0 patches and then additional Web Tier and Utilities 11.1.1.6 patches to apply.

Question is how do I do that?

Is there and env file to source because I didn't find one?

I did find this doc but what is my 'required' FMW Oracle Home?
