Unable to open up the “View Accounting” web page from Purchasing Super User

We are unable to open up the “View Accounting” web page from Purchasing Super User > Receiving > Receiving Transactions Summary > Tools.

We are also unable to open up Journal drill Down page and all these are webpage in R12.

We have a SEV-1 issue associated with monthend to troubleshoot a GL/Sub ledger issue.

I attached a screenshot.

No error message, but it pop up in new webpage where we expect to see result, but it is going on and not bringing anything. We were able to see this in past.

This is not the issue with this page only.

We are unable to open the Journal Drill down as well.
