Using Field Substitution in Email Templates to access Variables containing URLs or address

Hi All,

We have about 50-60 Outbound Emails templates, sending out email to our users describing various programs that they can register . These email templates have URLs, Point of Contact's email address and few Phone Numbers for the Programs. We had many occasions where either the contact email address or the URLs got changed due to some reason, we had to modify all the 60 templates to update the correct URL or Contact Details.

With the Field Substitution available in Email Templates, i know we can refer the specific recepient group's business component fields to the templates and thereby accessing the values of these fields in the templates. We have about 15 URLs being used in the Templates and We could go ahead and create these many calculated fields with URL values harcoded in the underlying business component and can refer them at the templates. But, this way we are hardcoding all the values in the calculated fields and if there is a change to a particular URL in the future, the calculated field
