Demo Junior E910 - Table Spec Mismatch

Hi, wondering how to restore the table spec file?  Most likely i accidentally modified the F0101 in OMW - table design aid by removing certain fields inside it. 

Now it has led to error invalid address number when i open any address number in P01012....

attached is the local installed folder...can i restore these file from the original CD installer in order to restore to original table spec file...

pls adivse.....
