Disassociate Contact from an Account

I have some Contact records that are currently associated with Accounts.  I'm trying to remove the link to an Account using the Data Import feature for Contact (Admin).  My import file has a blank value in the Account External ID but this does not replace the relationship to the existing account. 

Does anyone have any ideas how I can remove the account association?
