Retrieval of orders from OSM web client

Hi,
This is regarding the retrival of orders in osm webclient.
When we query a order with the Siebel order number, only COM sales order Fulfillment and SOM sales order Fulfillment orders are retrieved.But if we want to see the provisioning level orders like (VoIP or Broadband), do we need to do any configuration.
Is there a way to retrive all the orders related to one particular Siebel order ID.
For Ex: When i query the order with the Siebel order number, the following list of orders should be retrived.
1.COM SalesOrder Fulfillment.
2.Close Creation Failed Trouble Ticket
3.SOM SalesOrder Fulfillment
