Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Dear All,

I am trying to configure ASM with alone DB.

But now EM is not working even listener is ok and emctl dbconsole status also running.

Please find the below error in EM console:

Database Instance: oas

Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance. The state of the components are listed below.
