Patch 6699770 - stucked workers for hours

Hi,

I am trying to apply patch 6699770 on EBS 11.5.10.2 on IBM AIX 5.3 using Oracle Database 10.2.0.2 and looking at the logs, it appears to be stucked in the following status:

There are now 11263 jobs remaining (current phase=A13):  

7 running, 0 ready to run and 11256 waiting.

Completed: file pqpnlpext.pkb on worker 14 for product pqp username HR.

Completed: file PSPTRSTB.pls on worker 10 for product psp username PSP.

Completed: file spsspapi.pkb on worker 17 for product ssp username SSP.

Completed: file PSPPIPLB.pls on worker 20 for product psp username PSP.

Completed: file PSPENLNB.pls on worker 22 for product psp username PSP.
