Approval sequence in 12.1.3

Hello Team,

We are working on an upgrade project where we are moving from release 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 currently. After upgrade, we have started seeing in iProcurement that sequence of approval is not appearing as expected.

So far we have reviewed following MOS documents. We have migrated all the patches mentioned in all these documents. However issue still persist.
