Running R46171 against SO with hard commitment on the order

Hi,

When doing hard comitment on the sales order (at order entry point), the R46171 do not generate suggestions based on the hard commitment on the order. but if we do the manual planner in P4600 the suggestion will then be created with the information on the order.

Is there a way to have the R46171 to create suggestion when hard commitment is done at the order entry level?
