Pick Slip - EBS 12.0.4 with XML Publisher - incorrect customers on 1 in 1000 documents

I have a very obscure issue.

We are printing out pick slips from Oracle EBS.

EBS runs a concurrent job which generates a PDF file.

Every 1000 or so documents, we see that the customer name is not the correct customer - it is a different customer.  Everything else in the pick slip is correct.

we checked the XML output from the concurrent job and it has the CORRECT customer in the pick slip.

We are not able to reproduce this on a dev instance.

We opened a ticket with Oracle and they wanted us to enable debugging for XML publisher on production.
