Parent type is Transfer while doing receiving transactions

Hi,

I am doing receiving transactions for the Purchased Item.

I have entered quality results in quality collection plan while doing receiving transactions.

when trying to perform delivery transactions, Parent type showing as Transfer and system asking to enter quality results in collection plan.

I could not able to complete the receiving transaction

Please advice
