RSS sending Buyer ID in cxml

Hello,

We are on 9.0 apps, 9.1.3.1 tools release

We are implementing RSS and testing PO Dispatch with our supplier.  I have 2 questions:

1) Can someone advise if the Buyer number on the line items or header are in the information that is sent via Business Services (BSSV)?

Can something be added to direct connect "PO Dispatch" setup to be able to pass this information (entrinsics?  Just wondering.

2) I am trying to find the logic for Bill to.  Can someone shed some light here?  I am not sure if the Bill to Address is stored somewhere or if it is coming from the address record related to the PO company.
