RCTI Debit Memo's?

We currently generate RCTI's in Payables.

We have had a user come to us asking whether it is possible to follow the same process for generating Debit Memo's (forget why, we are in the process of asking why they need this and what volume they are talking lol)

but just thought we would ask the question as to whther there is any standard functionality that would do this?
