Amex Transaction Not Interfaced

Hi All,

We have a issue where a particular country(Vietnam) transactions not interfaced to our system from Amex.

Msi - AP Amex Credit Card and Transactions Interface seems completing normal and no error.

Could you please let me know what validations might have stopped in interfacing these transactions??
