Upgrade to R12.1.3 LTM question

Our current environment setup is

Apache/forms on Nodes A and B

Concurrent manager on Node c

node A and B have a shared application file system via an nfs mount, CM has standalone filesystem

Nodes A/B are behind an LTM.

While doing the upgrade from 11i to R12.1.3

Can i convert to this setup where all three nodes have apache, forms and CM. Will this affect load balancing in anyway?
