Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Testing BI publisher etext report from PC using Preview Option

we have etext XML publisher report build for Oracle application. we would like to test it from PC before deploying the Rtf tempalte.

using BI plugin-LOADed XML data but when preview is selected it doesnt merge data with the rtf template.

Is there a way to test the template from local PC?
