P6 Pro Cloud Connect

Does anybody have any troubles with external applications on P6 Pro Cloud Connect on P6 EPPM R8.3 SP2?

I've installed P6 Pro Cloud and all seems to works fine except Claim Digger, Import/Export and Visualizer that are all external applications. When I try to launch one of these applications the software prompts for a login and it's impossible to connect.

I've search for a bullettin but I haven't found nothing concerning the P6 Pro Cloud connect on P6 R8.3 SP2.

Are there some steps to do after installing the P6 Pro Cloud connect application ( and remote API )?
