View Additional Invoice Details from Invoice Approval Notification giving error

Hi,

User is trying to view the Invoice details from 'View Additional Invoice Details' option in Invoice Approval Notification.When he clicks on to the option it is giving 'Insufficient Privilages' error.

I have included 'Show Invoice Line Details' function to menu of the Payables responsibility the user is having according to the below Note,

R12:APINVAPR-View Additional Details Link Returns Insufficient Privileged Error (Doc ID 733202.1)

but even after following the steps in the note we are now facing 'Unexpected Error' while accesing the function.

Any help is much apppreciated.
