How to relaunch LAUNCH_CREATEPO_WF

Is it possible to relaunch the LAUNCH_CREATEPO_WF after a Requisition has been Approved?

I have a case whereby on the supplier setup the Purchasing flag was not ticked on the supplier site which resulted in the no PO autogenerating from the Approved requisition.

Now we have corrected the supplier setup, rahter than cancelling the original requisition and creating new, is there a way to relaunch the LAUNCH_CREATEPO_WF for this Req to generate the required PO?
