Wrong order in move order transact

Dear Gurus.

I have a problem with transact in move order. I have a 10 layers at stock in different price. I ve created a move order with a different lines and the same item. So in this case item order in move order = odrer layer, but wnen I transact my move order, i have wrong order transaction lines.

Could you be so kind and discribe me what logic has inventory transaction flow?
