Strikethrough not working on all cancelled or completed PO detail lines

When displaying the detail lines of a Purchase Order that has multiple cancelled and / or completed lines, not all of them display the strikethrough lines.Also, the columns are input capable.Has anyone else come across this issue? See example in the attached pdf.
