Smart View performance 11.1.2.1.103

Hi all,

We have recently moved our users to Smart View and removed the Essbase add-in. However, the performance of some larger retrieves in Smart View is woeful compared to the add-in. I have already changed the registry settings to increase a timeout for sessions and researched ways to improve performance (Tips for Optimizing Smart View Retrieve Performance (11.1.2)) APS is 11.1.2.1.106 and I think I increased the memory for the service a while ago as this was causing issues. There are no new patches for version 11.1.2.1. Patch 103 was an improvement to the functionality but performance is still an issue. I would welcome any suggestions as I was hoping after years in the making and constant development SV would be at least on par with the much loved add-in.
